Stores Person/Procurement Assistant

We’re recruiting for a Stores Person / Procurement Assistant to join our fast-paced business in our Kintore headquarters. As a key member of our workshop team, you'll process purchase orders onto our bespoke software system and assist with stock issue and stock checks ensuring accuracy of reporting. You'll also process the dispatch, shipping and receipt of materials, whilst providing administrative support to the workshop manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Our ideal candidate will be keen to progress with a career in administration/procurement, to learn and further develop their own skills and abilities, whilst supporting the coordinator with day to day administrative activities
  • The ability to work to set timescales and deadlines as well as being able to work well under pressure is essential for this role
What We're Looking For In The Ideal Candidate
  • National 5 levels in Maths & English
  • Strong IT skills including experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Administration experience would be a strong advantage
  • Strong communication skills essential
