Packages of air and steam equipment are provided to support exploration and appraisal drilling operations, typically these can comprise four or six Air Compressors with a Steam Generator. Air Compressors are available either as Zone II or Rigsafe / Safe Area specification dependent on the type of operation and proximity of the units to the well area. Airpac Rentals units are available in either DNV 2.7-1 or DNV 2.7-2 certified cages or containers.
We can offer fully containerised Steam Generators capable of delivering up to 6.2 MMbtu of steam at 150 psi and Air Compressors with air delivery up to 2100 cfm each.
coflexip hoses and heat exchangers are available with ratings of 10,000 or 15,000 psi. our range of 10,000 and 15,000 psi dual-pot sand filtration units come complete with 9 valve double block operation. Airpac Rentals can also offer heli-transportable well testing support packages to assist operations in difficult to access locations.
