Airpac Bukom Increases Operations in Australia with new Brisbane Facility

Airpac Bukom Oilfield Services, the oil and gas division of rental specialist Vp plc, is delighted to announce the opening of its new facility in Brisbane, Queensland.

Airpac Bukom, the oil and gas division of rental specialist Vp plc, is delighted to announce the opening of its new facility in Brisbane, Queensland.

The new branch will be the second operational base for Airpac Rentals in Australia, working with the existing team in Perth to further support projects across the country. 

Graham Pemberton, Regional Director - Australia, stated;
The Queensland and Northern New South Wales regions offer a number of opportunities within Coal Seam Gas, Mining, LNG Refinery, Pipeline, Power Station and other market sectors. These markets were previously difficult to service due to the significant distances from our Perth office. The new premises will hold a varied stock of compressed air and associated products, and its location allows for easy access to the regional freeway network north, south and west, together with access to a range of local freight and spare parts organisations.

Experienced mechanic, Rob Copas, has been appointed as Branch Coordinator and will be responsible for operational activity at the facility. Ross Keir has joined the team as Business Development Manager for the Queensland region, having transferred from Vp plc business TR Pty, also based in Australia.

Investment has been made in a variety of high and low pressure mobile air compressors to support onshore projects, and a selection of equipment has also been transferred from our existing Perth base.
