Airpac Rentals's fleet of 4.5 MMbtu Steam Generators provide steam output of 2000kgs per hour (4,500,000 Btu) and have a working pressure of 10.3 bar (150 psi).

When supplied as a package with Air Compressors or Heat Exchangers they are ideal for well testing operations. They are also suitable for standby or replacement of installed boiler systems during maintenance, oil flow control at well or terminal and in industrial applications.

Installed in purpose built containers to DNV 2.7-1, these fully enclosed units are delivered with internal water tanks and either internal or external fuel tanks in order to meet all site or rig requirements. Each unit also contains 200 feet of steam hose, together with a comprehensive spares kit. An on board Emergency Shutdown System is fitted as standard ensuring instant safe shutdown should gas or a similar hazard be detected or encountered.

The range offers internal locking, which enhances security and prevents intervention by unqualified personnel. The electrical panel is secured by anti-vibration mounts, which protects the sensitive components during transportation.
