Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Policy Statement

Airpac Rentals aims not only to satisfy, but will also strive to exceed our
clients’ expectations by providing them with excellent products and services, in a safe and
environmentally friendly manner. Therefore our aim will always be to:  

• Conduct our work with the goal of zero harm to people, material and the environment, including zero impact from our operations and activities on the community in which we operate
• Provide an Integrated Management System that complies with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015
• Continually improve our performance through the participation, commitment and support of all our employees
• Clearly define and document our goals and objectives
• Train and develop our people to the standard required to deliver excellent service to our clients while demonstrating our commitment to QHSE best practice, compliance and improvement
• Identify and comply with all relevant legislation and industry standards
• Protect the environment in which we live and operate
• Ensure careful use of material resources to reduce waste and pollution
• Create a culture that aids the prevention of injury and/or work related illness
• Ensure the health and safety of any sub-contractors and other persons who may be affected by our activities
• Ensure that all employees are aware of their statutory duties and take reasonable care of themselves, others and the environment in which they work and live
• Ensure confidentiality of information, including that provided by our clients

Airpac Rentals will endeavour to achieve these aims and meet our business objectives through: the review and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System including our environmental performance, internal communication, competent and professional supervision, and the ongoing training and development of all our personnel.
