Worldwide Support, Experienced Operators, Specialised Rental Solutions

Construction & Commissioning

Airpac Rentals has a proven track record of supporting new plant build projects with operated equipment spreads.

Pluto LNG

Airpac Rentals supply quality equipment with experienced personnel to operate and maintain compressed air spreads on all phases of construction projects. Our equipment is reliable and the team work professionally, safely and integrate seamlessly into the testing organisation which assures operations are uninterrupted throughout. Project sponsors, module fabricators and EPC contractors alike utilise our primary air compressors, booster compressors, desiccant dryers and air filtration equipment in pipework testing.

The Airpac Rentals rental fleet comprises a wide range of compressed air equipment, suitable for projects located in remote and challenging areas around the world.

Equipment consists of low pressure air compressors from 70 – 2100 cfm (100 - 200 psi), high pressure air compressors from 900 - 1920 cfm (365 – 508 psi), multi pressure heatless desiccant dryers, air receivers in various sizes and pressure ratings, booster compressors offering pressures up to 5,000 psi and volumes of up to 3,800 cfm.

High pressure spreads are used in the pneumatic testing and tightness testing of LNG modular components during the construction and commissioning of new LNG liquefaction plants. Lower pressure dry air spreads are also used to blow systems in order to dry them.

Line Blowing & Drying

Low pressure air compressors coupled with desiccant dryer packages are utilised for line blowing/drying operations. Air receivers can also be incorporated into the packages to accommodate larger volumes to enhance the effectiveness and reduce the overall time of operations.

Superior quality of compressed clean dry air is provided by way of cooling, water separation, filtration and absorption to allow LNG process pipework to be cleaned effectively free of debris and adequately dried to the required dewpoint.

Pneumatic Pressure Testing

High pressure air compressors coupled with desiccant dryers are packages utilised for pneumatic pressure testing operations up to 508 psi. Booster compressors combined with after filtration can also be incorporated into the packages to provide pressures up to 5,000 psi.

Superior quality of compressed clean dry air is provided by way of cooling, water separation, filtration and absorption to allow successful pneumatic pressure testing to be carried out ranging from the smallest of volumes up to extremely large volumes.
