Airpac Rentals's  DNV 2.7-2 Zone II Air Compressor has a capacity of up to 28m³/min (1000 cfm) and pressure rating of up to 10.3 bar (150 psi). The unit delivers more air to enable higher rates of productivity, allowing customers to meet the time critical demands of offshore fabric maintenance and well test programmes. 

The Zone II compressors are specified for global operations and can work at ambient temperatures of +45°C. Each compressor is fitted as standard with pneumatic starting, an active Pyroban system (meaning no flame trap maintenance) and gas detection.

The unit is diesel driven and housed in a fully ATEX approved 94/9/EC, protective DNV 2.7-1 steel container certified for Zone II hazardous area operation. The compressor is fully compliant to the new DNV 2.7-2 standard. 

To provide greater flexibility for transportation and stacking on site, each unit includes forklift pockets and twistlock points.
