Airpac Rentals has an extensive rental fleet of Steam Generators producing volumes ranging from 1.4 Million Btu through to 6.2 Million Btu’s.
When supplied as a package with Air Compressors or Heat Exchangers Airpac Rentals Steam Generators are ideal for well testing operations. They are also suitable for standby or replacement of installed boiler systems during maintenance on board ships, oil flow control at well or terminal and in industrial applications.
Installed in purpose built containers to DNV 2.7-1, these fully enclosed units are delivered with internal water tanks and either internal or external fuel tanks in order to meet all site or rig requirements. Each unit is supplied with 200 feet of steam hose together with a comprehensive spares kit.
The boilers are designed to ASME/CE steam generator vessel codes.
An on board Emergency Shutdown System is fitted as standard ensuring instant safe shutdown should gas be detected.
